Hi. Advice please. Am trying to get Route 66 to work with this GPS receiver. Paired it okay etc. Is there an order that you have to switch things on ie receiver first, get signal, switch on B/T on phone etc?
I get the signal (red and green lights flashing together) but my phone says no GPS and no satellites. That's how it stays.
Thanks

Before I return this GPS receiver, can you help? I have had this setup for two days now and have had a signal twice, for about one minute.
I have followed the Route 66 directions on how to get this working. Switch on GPS, get signal, start Route 66, go to map view, pick destination, asks can connect to GPS receiver, say yes, can't because b/t not on. Say no, then up comes b/t connection screen, put b/t on, up comes pick device screen, nothing on there because GPS receiver not on discovery. (By the way, the GPS receiver is already paired in the phone, the box ticked for automatic connection). Set GPS to discovery, finds it but then the GPS receiver satellite connection is lost.
By the way I have also tried the whole procedure with the b/t connection on at the start of the procedure.
What am I doing wrong please? THe phone firmware is R2 something and because of being Orange branded, the update service will not let me update it so it is what it is. Is this the problem?
