Is their anybody out there that can help me? I run a very small technology installations company and have just sold my first Tomtom Go 500 to my neighbour. What joy as I've been up all night trying to find out what you do if it doesn't work. My supplier advised me it's not their problem and that I have to get in contact with Tomtom direct. All day i've been trying, all lines are busy, i've sent 4 emails to their customer service department with no reply and to top it off they shut at 4pm!!! Has anybody dealt with Tomtom with a faulty product, or is there anyone who could offer advice, please.

We might help, if you tell us the problem. Many problems can be solved without the need of the TomTom support - which is not so great I have been told.
