Hi All, Both me and wife have tried to down load speed cameras and have made a right pigs ear of it. Is there anyone out there that can tell me if there is a shop or anything like that to do it for me please. Unit is great just us 2 do not have a clue. We live in the south Croydon area any help would be great thankyou. Demoman

We have not got a c / temp file on either of our computors is the first problem, then we get it all installed then right at the last bit we get Poi Editor comes up, We have read all the advice that others have given including your own posted sun may 08. Any help would be welcomed.

I'm not sure why you need a c:\temp file. Have a read of this and let me know if it helps.

Hi Tim,
Well we are definitley not computor people, we have tried every thing and still end up the same. Get to POI Editor and get no format file , where are we going wrong, would not mind but got rid of my radar snooper and now leaving myself open for another 3 points, anymore ideas would be grateful. Have you definitely used Notepad to edit the files you want to use? .csv files will try to open with Excel if you have it, but this corrupts the files. You can force the files to open with Notepad by right-clicking the file and selecting 'Open with' from the popup menu. Add a ; to the beginning of the top line and save again. Then use POIEditor to transfer the files.

Evening Tim,
We tried it all to no avail, We had to throw the towel in, wife took it to work with all paper work and the I.T guy got it done in 1hr, He explained that it was us that was wrong but still do not know what we done wrong?? Next Q how does it work ? is it automatic or do i need to do something. Really sorry to sound such a ---t.
