Activating tom tom 5

This is doing my sweed in now trying to activate tom tom products are crap i mean why bother with codes and activation codes if all it says is this activation code is wrong ? i had this with the western Europe maps i bought awhile ago and now with the tom tom 5 upgrade pack to say im about it is an understatement ive got a france trip booked again on the 22/6/05 and need it to work by then or im going to the gps meetup in whales and the three tom tom reps can refund me for the ble*ding lot .

sorry k3-dude - i've never had a problem with activation codes.

Even when I went to France with my TTN3 a few weeks ago, it activated simply!

well if they dont email me before the 21st im going to put tom tom nav 3 back on. pity realy as i paid 100 quid for these but its the last software im going to buy why have all the hassle when i can buy them off ebay for a few qiud never thought id hear me say that as ive allways paid the full price but this has put me off big time .
but seeing as three tom tom reps are going to the pocketworld meet up i may go with all my software and ask for a refund .

Is it possible you have bought a product that has already been activated on a different PDA?
