Anyone else had a problem with the premium voices?

I downloaded and installed a premium voice (Sylvia) from TomTom today and when I came to use Navigator 5 tonight the application wouldn't load! Everything worked fine on the way in this morning and it was only adding this voice file that I subsequently used Navigator.

Fortunately I did a back up yesterday and all is now well. I added the voice again and the same thing happened - a screen came up saying failed to load. Has anyone else had this issue (with other voices) or is it just Sylvia? I wonder if she has a virus?!!! 8O

I bought Silvia & downloaded it to my PC - then I realised that installing it from PC to PDA was a pain, so I connected to tomtom from tt5 and it installed with no trouble at all.

Are you 100% certain you entered the product code correctly before she was added to your basket? They say the file is encrypted to that code only.

I've got her speaking through an amplified mount and she sounds pretty dreadful and slightly hard to make out!

Fun for a short ride but wouldn't want to live with her... for clarity its just got to be Jane as my voice of choice.
