Hi,

I've got TTM5 using the original TTM GPS receiver. I'm off to Orlando in September and would really like to be able to use TTM5 to navigate around. It doesn't look like TomTom supply maps of Florida for use on TTM, however, is there any other way this can be achieved? Will maps from other TomTom products work with TTM5?

Thanks, Swampylee

Yes, you actually buy TomTom Maps 2005 for USA, and they are product independent. Only when you activate them will they be tied to the device ID.

The only problem is that these maps are not on sale yet... Haven't tried with TTM5 yet but TTN5 does no longer read older maps.

Am I reading this correctly?, do you have a 1GB card that works in your 6630?. If so, where did you get it?. Largest I can find anywhere is 512MB and even those are thin on the ground.

Sorry, I had a 1GB card in my previous phone - a 6600. You are correct that you can't get a 1GB DV card yet.

I'll change my signature.
Cheers, Lee
