People have complained about the standard, poor and irrelevant replies from TomTom. I don’t know whether the following will help but it may be worth a try. I tend to agree that the full postcode information “promised” with V5 software has been handled very poorly and it seems to have been misleading. I do understand that mapping errors are a fact and it does take a fair time to have them checked. I read in “Autoexpress (I think) a number of months ago that Teleatlas were speeding up checking of roads by increasing the number of their vans. Yes ... but some newspaper articles have her position at TomTom also as a managing director. Perhaps they were wrong. The point I was trying to make was a direct contact to someone other than "a team" who give silly amswers to many questions and points raised by forum members. Why should purchasers be fobbed off so many times? I personally am fairly happy with my TTGo and have not bought the new maps. I think I will wait to the next one (or later) which may have more corrections which members have sent in. It can take a couple of years for them to be updated. If the information I gave has already been given before and used, apologies.
