GPS Tracking Disabled

I'm using OziExplorerCE Beta 1.11.6h. I enable GPS
and Tracking which works as expected. Now suppose
I tap and drag on the map to move it one way or another.
Immediately I see this Red highlighted message in the
lower left corner: "GPS Tracking Disabled". I can reenable
tracking by a "long" touch on the map until I see a menu,
and then choose "Track GPS", and GPS tracking is started
again. This behaviour might be desired to allow browsing
around the map without the GPS position snapping back
to the center after a fixed time delay. However I see no
reason why it has to stop recording the GPS track (which
it seems to). Even the slightest brush by the screen while
it is in my pocket can cause it to go out of track. Can
this mode be disabled so it simply stays in track mode untill
I hit the GPS off button. My main goal is to keep the tracking
going, however personally I would like the map to snap back
to the position with the current location centered after some
reasonable time delay, and if there was a way to make that
happen, I would aprrectiate hearing from you.
