HELP! Secure Digital Wifi Card Problem

I have a TCM Navigator (= Medion PNA100 or Medion 95025). I have just purchased a Sandisk Wifi SD card with 256Mb on-board memory. Unfortunately because of the construction of the card, it will not fit into the PNA100. The card is about 56mm long, but the top 22 mm are thicker on both the front and back of the card and thus will not fit into the PNA100 because the thicker section hits against the rear housing (where the IR port is located). (If it was only thick at the front, it would be OK. But the constriction is at the back).

Does anybody know if there is another SD Wifi card that will fit, ot that has no thicker part on the rear of the card?
