tom tom software to a sony ericsson

Not sure if i am in the correct forum but i'll ask anyhow.

I use a tom tom go but my wife doesnt I was just looking at the photo gallery at tom tom's website and came across this.

has anyone done this to a sony ericsson t610 ? if so, how can i do it and how difficult.

in cebit report the team did mention o e but think it was only a demo model but you never know pda essentials have a pic of p900/910 onthe cover running tomtom as for the t610 no chance im afraid as the phone has no sd card slot from what i remember i dont think the phone high end enough
(im guessing here as i dont have the facilities to totally check out the details
