Anyone else STILL NOT got their TomTom GO case?

Bought my TomTom Go last September, still not recieved the case, despite 3 emails to TomTom, who say it will be sent very soon each time. The first email was sent before Christmas !! Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Anyone else manged to get theirs? If so, how?? Thanks...

hi mate, just to let you know....actually, dont think i am trying to rub it in, but i got my case about 8 weeks after i registested the TTG - they are normally pretty good. you sure your local postie has been doing his job??

i got my tt go before xmas emailed them about the case got a reply saying they would send it soon got nothing. emailed them again on sunday and guess what i got my case yesterday all the way from the netherlands so im not complaining now

I got my go in June 2004 and still no case..... E-mailed tom tom twice regarding the case and still waiting... Evil or Very Mad

I haven't received my case either. I purchases my TTG in Oct and sendt TT a note inquiring about the status. They replied and will send me a case in 3 weeks. BUT in the note, I was suppose to include the number on the GREEN card? I lost it but I did send then my serial, product, and activation codes. Hope that works in lieu of the number on the GREEN card.

Well they must be reading this board and the frustration some people are having like me, as I emailed them again for a third time, and it came within 3 days this time !!!! Got it at last - only been waiting since September !

I haven't got a case - I ticked the box when I registered at TTGO and just thought it was a gimmick to get you to buy one...

Guess what arrived this morning!!! After 6 E-mails, yes you guessed it my case. It had the words Priority stamped in big letters on the envelope.
