Tom Tom - Is anybody there?

Reading through these posts, and from my own experiences I have to conclude that Tom Tom are not exactly responsive to support enquiries via email, and their failure to even offer the courtesy of an acknowledgement is lamentable.

I have now discovered that their disinterest goes even deeper,as their recent failure to respond to my SALES enquiries demonstrates.

Is there in fact anybody there at Tom Tom?

I was gobsmacked when I received a response from TomTom this morning - only 8 days after I had filled in a support request. That's the very first time TomTom has replied to any email of mine!



Wow...there IS life at TomTom after all.
