GPS V2 update on website

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but the GPS update button on the TOMTOM support page now links to v2 of the software, installed but as yet untested on my iPaq, anyone else tried it yet?

To answer my own question, it seems to run fine, no problems on my iPaq 3630 with Pretec compactGPS. Having said that, I dont see any great difference / improvement.
