Contacting Tomtom - How?

Placed an order on their website that seems stuck in the "warehouse" location for more than a week. I want to cancel but there seems to be no e-mail (except for tech support) or phone number. Anyone have ideas?

or this link takes you to the FAQ page, goto page 13, choose the last item on page and this takes you to emailing section!!!
