I've only had a chance to play with it at my desk so far (steady!!) and am a little disappointed TBH. They had built it up to be so great. Will use it in anger on the way home and see how I get on.

Package from DHL arrived this morning!

Unfortunately could only sign for it then had to leave it unopened as I've got a full schedule today.

Still will give me something to do this evening - other than scream drunken abuse at Emile Heskey as England get humiliated by the Turks - could this be Ericssons last game? Could TTN2 be as good as I hope? All will be revealed tonight.

Cheers

Ian

I've now installed it.

First the good news Heskey has been dropped!!!!!

Now some bad news (about the maps)- I've just checked outside and my 3 year old house does exist along with the local school at the end of the road (built in 1997!) plus an older estate half a mile away (built 5 years ago) unfortunatley the maps do not show any of these roads.

Trying to find my address from the entry in contacts produces the option to show a totally different road with a different post code! (this looks very slightly like a beta product where unknown addresses are looked for)

This isn't a massive problem as I know my local village - however how many other villages are like this?

Activation is strange - no indication that it has been successful

Tons of options in Navigator, watch the safety speed it defaulted to 124mph for me.

Will give this a good go tomorrow.

Cheers

Well I've only just received my voucher code this morning, so will have to wait a few days at least for it to arrive.
