My sat nav has been working fine until three days ago when it wouldn't connect to any staellites. I've hard reset the 2210 and re-installed all the tomtom software and I'm able to pick up roughly 9 satellites but the unit displays that the position is unreliable. The GPS screen shows the satellites but in black and white when they're normally in colour plus I don't get any GPS readings. I'm using com 8 because it seems thats the only one which shows some kind of connection. I'm a bit of a novice and I've tried everything I know, can anyone please help before this system becomes airbourne through my window!

where are when it displays position unreliable alos if you inside the house you may get this message if your out side on a road it may be the map

but the fisrt thing to ckeck it the ir conenection the incoming beam should be unchecked this is accessable in the connections settings

if that doesnt sort it try installing gps 2.06 from the downloads area and if it still doesnt work try formating the sd card and then reinstalling the map file
