I have an i-mate sp3 equipped with Windows Mobile for Smartphone Second Edition (Operator rel. 1.2.33.11) and I am trying to connect my DC230 bluetooth gps antenna to it. After activating the bluetooth in the i-mate the DC230 is discovered and connected. But the light in the DC230 still continue to blink once every three seconds, indicating the connection is missing. The bottom line is that every navigation software on the mobile phone is not working because "no GPS antenna is found".

Any advise?

You need to follow the steps exactly as outlined in the CoPilot forum

- remove ALL paired devices
- add a new pairing with your GPS
- enable the outgoing COM7

If you do not do this the connection will not work

It works, but now I can't test it without buying an application. Is there a "gpsview"-like free application for smartphone?

Thanks again
