Pretec Problems

I e-mailed Jactron (Distributor for Pretec) about the problems with the mains charger. This was their response:

"There has been some problems with the BlueToothGPS-MINI and the power supply so we have sent them back to Pretec for replacement.

I'm awaiting an answer from Pretec regarding the replacement from Pretec." dated 22/11/04.

So if you smell burning switch off the charger before it pops or only use for small periods of time. Think I may invest in a seperate battery charger.
