Next day delivery and email communications was very good.

Had problem with late security checks from the credit card company but they made the effort and got the goods out for delivery the next day.

I phoned easydevices twice on Friday. I spoke to Simon (who isn't simple, despite what he says) and then to Ishfaq. Both of these men were patient, helpful and courteous. Ishfaq made a point of getting my order to the despatch team in time to catch the last delivery. My new MIO 168 arrived at 8:00am on Monday. So InitialCityLink can have a pat on the back as well.
A good team and a good service.
We all like to moan, but it's good to be able to say that, these lads deserve a mention for their positive attitude towards a customer, who is very new to the world of PDA/GPS.
