I wanted to order from them BUT ... as I live in a tiny little country called Luxembourg, it's not listed in their 'ship to' country list and and e-mail inquiry remained unanswered since a week ... not the quickest and customer-friendly service I've encountered so far.



But then again ... I've seen much worse ...

Placed an order which has not been delivered after nearly 4 weeks. Sent two e-mails which were read but not replied to. I am about to attempt to cancel the order and reclaim the money paid from my credit card company. Be wary!!!

Finally received my order.



As above, I sent several e-mails, the last on 14 April under the heading of "Satisfied Customer - NOT", a real stinker.



I note that the order was posted on 14 April (originally ordered on 25 March) and arrived on Saturday 19/04. Probably would have been Friday 18/04 but was the bank holiday.



They may have been out of stock, but they never responded to my enquiries so I am none the wiser.



Shame the vent clip is unsuitable for my vehicle as the cowling for the radio and heater controls, immediately below the centre vents, protrudes too far beyond the vent mount. I suspected that this might be the case, so I also ordered an adhesive Swivle Mount from the company, which I believe will work in conjunction with a Brodit Proclip i.e. without a Brodit holder.



We progress???

I eventually received my order only after further unanswered e-mails and a phone call to The USA!!!



The order was nearly seven weeks late and was delivered 7 days after my last phone call. Obviously the original order had not been sent!



They really need to sort out their deliverys to the UK and respond to e-mails.

Sorry to continue this gripe but have just discovered that my credit card was debited twice with the same transaction. This can of course happen with automated selling, but does add insult to injury.



Needless to say, although the payment was duplicated the order was not. I was lucky, only after a lot of hassle (see above) to receive one.



Would be buyers should proceed with caution!



This geatly contrasts with my experience of dealing with Nemesis, which I have posted.
