My Kingston 256MB SD's getting a bit small.

Will probably stick with Kingston (I'm after a 512MB), unless there's a better manufacturer? Viking any better?

Also, I suspect from what I've seen that SD is cheaper than MMC, can anyone confirm this is true?

Similarily, are there any to avoid? Sandisk comes to mind, any others?

Although some people have had problems with Sandisk I'm running 2x256mb Sandisk SD's and a 1Gb Sandisk without any problems.
