M11 around M25 Junc

Hi All,
Travelling North on the M11 after leaving the M25, there appears to be a lot of new GATSO's.
I know there's a lot in the roadworks, but a lot of the ones, especially northbound look like very permanent fixtures.
Anyone know if they are staying for good or are going to be binned when the roadworks are finished ?
