Map Error

Hi all.
Haven’t posted for a while.
Have found a good mapping error.
Try taking the M49 from the new Severn Bridge (M4 J22) down to the M5 J18A.
You are driving on fields on the LHS of the motorway.
I thought it was a one off (within 10 meter rule) but I have used that road quite a few times these last weeks. At the same place every time I am driving in the fields. So I guess it’s the Navman & not me trying a bit of cross country, as I can’t find any mud or grass on my vehicle.

Hi there

There is a similar instance to this on the Melksham Ring Road. A new stretch of dual carriageway has been opened and with that you end up according to the screen, driving through fields but almost parallel to the A350.

Obviously this road being new, is not in the TeleAtlas maps supplied to Navman for V2. Hopefully the omissions will be included in V3 software .
