Destinator 2 software problem

Does anyone have any idea why my copy of Destinator 2 will not link up with ny HP 2210?
When I try to load the software I keep getting the message that there is no connection to my PocketPC.
Activesync is up and running but the Destinator software says it cannot connect?
I have tried everything I know...
Help!

There are a number of hints for Activesync problems on the www.destinator1.com site. see if that helps

Usually because you're running ActiveSync 3.7.1. Downgrade to 3.7 or 3.6 and try. Links to these are available under our downloads page under the Microsoft ActiveSync section :D
