POSTCODE HELP!

CAN ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE HELP WITH GETTING POSTCODE TO RUN ON MY IPAQ 3850 RUNNING 2002. i HAVE FOLLOWED MANY OF THE COMMENTS ON THE FORUMS BUT STILL NO LUCK.OK I HAVE CREATED A FOLDER IN STORAGE CARD NAMED UK POSTCODES.IN THIS FILE IS A POSTCODE DAT FILE AND THE EXE FILE.YES I CREATED A SHORT CUT TO THE EXE USING THE POCET PC.WHEN I OPEN THE STORT CUT AND PUT IN THE POSTCODE I GET THE 2 ERROR MESSAGES .I DOWNLOADED A .NET FILE FROM MICROSOFT ALSO THE POINT OF INTEREST SOFTWARE FROM THIS SITE.ALSO WHEN I DOWNLOADED THE HOOK FILE FOR TTN IT CONFIRMED THAT IT HAD INSTALLED CORRECTLY.PS THE EXE FILE COMES UP AS AN ICON WITH LTTLE BOXES WITH LETTERS IN IS THE THE RIGHT FILE.ANY HELP VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

Sorry I cannot be of help on this one - maybe someone else can - but please do not post in capital letters as it makes posts very difficult to read and can also be construed as shouting.
