This thread seemed to have died out after a frisky exchange. Have all the problems been ironed out with this product? The lack of posts in recent times is odd......

CoNtroversial even.

Looking at some of the later posts no one seems to mention the lag that others reported. Has this been resolved? Also for new buyer why wouldn't you just but a Mitac 168 with a built in GPS? Existing PDA owners I guess

The only XTrac 2 device we have had in has blown and we are waiting for a replacement.

Dave any progress on this CF yet? I note they now do a 256mb CF reciever!

Or confirmation on quality of the BT Sysonchip is as good as the review

...and doesn't it make a neat solution maps and reciever all on one dinky item? Cheaper that way at £119 as well. Only £10 more than the standard CF Sysonchip GPS

We will be getting in the CF Plus XT2, but currently the RoyalTek is as dead as a dodo. I have a Holux running XT2 and a iTrek, and these are both currently performing very well.
