What qualifies as a fast SD card

Hi

Brand new to the PocketGPS scene so please go gently with me.

I've read a few posts that mention that the SD card speed could have something to do with the BT dropouts on the 2210. I've downloaded the Pocket Mechanic program and my bog standard, cheap as chips 256Mb SD card is benchmarking at 6x. Problem is I have no idea what this means ! Is this at the low end of things and should I be looking to upgrade ?

TT3 seems to run fine unless I have a load of POIs enabled when it locks up continuously
