My XT mode is hosed from a flash attempt that failed 24% into it. I need to get the clip on into boot mode so that SirFlash can reflash the unit. I don't know how to force it into "Boot mode". Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I tried shorting the pins that are mentioned in that post but nothing happens. There must be another step in this procedure that is not mentioned.
