|

Well its been a while... (7 months to be exact)
Some time ago Darren suggested getting a meet up perhaps on a Sunday at a local pub for a few drinks and a casual talk about GPS and other things. Well it happened at South Warnborough, Hampshire on March 28th 2004.
Then there was a meet at the Driver Transport Training Day at Tangmere Airport in West Sussex. Not a dedicated GPS event but a meet-up none the less.
The next pub meet was a little further north at Stratford-on-Avon on August 16th 2004 and was a huge success with in excess of 60 people (including myself) attending.
Maybe it's time to consider another Pub Meet?
How about it?
Any suggestions? _________________ Ian.

The Midlands is obviously a good compromise. I would like to attend a general meet, having not done so before, and would be prepared to go as far as say, Leicester, at least as far as latitude goes. _________________ Tim |

Unfortunately with all the hectic lifes we run, and trying to keep the site running with all the latest news and reviews, we just haven't had time to do another pub meet.
However, I'm definitely gasping for a pint or two, so I'll be up for a pub-meet. Not sure I can go that far North, but if anyone wants a meet-up around the M3 corridor, M25 or perhaps Reading or south of Reading, I'll see if I can make it. |
