Error 500?

Been on line on the road all day 07:00 til 16:00 then 20:00 till 22:30.
Not seen the dreaded code 500 but lots of the time I was unable to connect, Usualy when I needed it most. Hope it was a Tomtom problem as I an testing my third C500 phone.

Just as a matter of interest.

Although TTT had a server problem last week, (according to TT only approx 150 people were effected,) it was fixed pm last Friday (040305). I was still getting 'status code 500' when trying to connect after this date, and it turned out that I was inadvertantly running 3.04T. Installing 3.07T solved the problem.

Although I still don't think much of TT's email support, if you make the effort to get through by phone, the support there I think is very good indeed.

Many thanks to Lutz BTW, I managed to extract the 3.07T CAB file following his past advice and installed 3.07T without upsetting the existing 2.07 GPS file. TT, Traffic and Memory Map!
