Searching for streets often requires a bit of lateral thinking. The first road, Oakleigh Avenue, is in the London Borough of Brent, so if you but "Brent" in as the area, it will find your road. Also if you put in "HA8 5" in as the postcode, it will also find it.

St. Georges in Harrow, I'm guessing that is a shopping centre? The POI database doesn't cover every POI in the land. I believe that commercial POIs are only shown if the owner of that POI has paid to have it included, so if the owners of the St. Georges Centre haven't paid, it won't be in.

However, searching the POI database underr "shopping" and then putting in "Harrow" as the area does indeed return "St. George's" as well as "St. Anne's".

Similarly, searching the POI database under "shopping" and then putting in "Watford" as the area returns "Harlequin" in the POIs found.
