Free Maps?

Hi,
I Have a Navman Pin with SmartSt V3 software for europe, but am going on a carribean cruise for xmas/new year. As I will only be doing this once, I dont want to spend a lot on extra maps. Is there any maps, however old/poor they may be, available for this area, that would run with my present equipment?

You can try if Mapopolis has coverage for the islands. They offer a nine day test ride.

Thanks Lutz, But I will have to install it before I leave home, which means it would expire on the day I got there.

Are there no tourist agencies that may provide limited maps?

Nope. You don't have to install them... just carry them around with you and don't use them - the counter starts with first usage.

There are tons of free maps listed in the World Map Database, including complete Carribean for Garmin.
