Wrong clock time

Does anyone else have this problem. The clock always shows the wrong time by about fifteen minutes. It syncs itself perfectly when you change the time format in prweferences, but then falls behind.

How do you set the time?

From the User Manual I believe the 510 takes its time from the satellite clock.
You need to set the time from the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) from the Local time offset box.

From what you say, you are doing this. Why it is out by 15 minutes I have no idea. Are you sure you have the offset set correctly?

I have just checked now and UTC is 20:28 which is bang on with the World Clock http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Checked out the unit with Navman today and they said it has a fault and to have it replaced. Went back to Halfords and they replaced it without any problem.
