Active Sync

I have a TOMTOM GO and when I try to install POI speed cameras I get a message'Remote API Library not found make sure you nhave Active Sync installed. What is this and how do I get it.

What Active Sync is is a way of transferring files between you PC and another device. This is a Microsoft Product you can find out more here:

Dear Sir,
Please excuse my ignorance but all this is new to me. Thank you for your reply. I have downloaded Active Sync and installed same on my computer. I have connected my TOMTOM GO to my computer and tried to install Active Sync but it fails to find my device although is says USB is available. All very frustrating any ideas what is wrong.

Unfortunately I can't help you from this point as I don't have a TTGo so am not sure how the Active sync works with it.
