Hello everybody,

I´m a iCN 510 user from Germany and I´ve got my new iCN 510 last week.
Most functions are working well, but I have problems with re-routing. I left my planned route this morning but the iCN did not show a re-routing. Only a question mark was indicated left above in the map. In addition the 3D map does not show my current position any longer.
How can I fix this problem? Is already a software update for Smart ST V 3.0 available?
The current version on my iCN 510: 3.00.0027

Regards from Germany,
Juergen

Generally when that screen appears, it means that you don't have a GPS fix. Does it say 'Waiting for GPS' or something similar at the bottom of the screen?

Yes, I have a GPS fix. There was nothing at the bottom of the screen.
Do I have the latest software version on my iCN?

Regards,
Juergen

Sorry, no other ideas. There are no patches or Service Packs for the 510 on Navman's website, so I assume that you have the latest version.

That's the same version I am running. Did you try a reset (on the top of the unit). Sounds like it's just frozen.
