Hi all,
I was out on the 14 at Newmarket and the 50mph Monitron's came up in the correct place as I submitted previously to the database, when the roadworks were moved. I think I edited them to move to the new place but not sure now. Anyway when I went under the roadbridge (the old camera positions) both the camera's came up as live there which is wrong.
I checked the submission map and sure enough the camera's are showing as live both by the bridge and also at the new locations slightly east of there. There are also two crossed boxes showing.

Any thoughts what I may have done, or has gone wrong?

Those 2 red boxes are pRemove requests for the 2 cameras submitted on the 5th November.

The current Streetview date is Sep 21 which shows both cameras in place so can't be quickly verified for November.

The relevant footage should still be on the dashcam which I would have thought would prove the point but it seems that photo evidence is not acceptable as verification despite having the option to submit it.

Uploaded photos can be OK but often the uploaded images are tiny and when enlarged go blurry.

I don't get access to the photos.

Ah ok. Well I only ever sent one in I think and it (to me) looks like a cop hoding a speedgun with his m/c in the background (IIRC). However as you say, it can't be a suitable picture as it's still unverified, must be going on a couple of years later.

I've just double checked your 5th Nov submission.

Whilst I can't see any photo's I can see whether the uploaded photo flag was set.

In this case it wasn't (@MaFt - no 'photo uploaded' text) so I don't think any photo was actually uploaded.

Ok Kremmen, thanks for the info.
I'll check my dashcam footage tomorrow at work and screen grab the bad locations to assist.

I do use photo evidence but you didn't submit any photos for these removal requests.

The mobile you mention is now marked as 'Active'. Apologies for that, I had added my notes to say that the photo had verified it but I had not changed it's actual status!

I'd confused the issue, my fault and apologies.
I have marked the fixed roadwork cameras for removal and added the pics from the dashcam the other day.
