Thanks for the info Kremmen that's probably why I could not locate the info.

On the camera side I drove Westbound only it goes from 50 to 60 just beyond Maidenhead to the end of the section around Theale.
I did not return that way but I have been told Eastbound is the same.

I'll have it on the dashcam tomorrow but I won't be able to verify until Sunday when it's on the PC.

@MaFt

Given we know eastbound is done and it's looking like it's not a temporary Easter relaxation, like Xmas was, and we know the eastbound switches back to 50 at 51.476595, -0.766345 can you switch:

197418
197419
197420
198818
199457

from 50 to 60

Perfect timing, I'll be doing that section tomorrow.

Due to the ongoing M4 closures, 4b to 5 this weekend, I'll be joining at 8/9 and leaving at 10 so that section will be covered.

But doesn't K use SpeedTrap Alert on Android, so he has to wait for the weekly update? Wink

On my way home this morning I got the nags where it's changed from 50 to 60.

The eastbound was changed before last weeks update so clearly it's something my side,

Previously I download the STA zip file into Dropbox and deleted the old one, 2 manoeuvres.

I recently tried to be clever and renamed the old file to just "Speedtrap.zip". From then on all I did was 'save as' and overwrote the existing file, 1 manoeuvre.

STA doesn't seem to like this as the old file wasn't updated with the new file when I selected the .txt file.

The new file in Dropbox, dated the 17th, is correct with the appropriate 60mph M4 Specs but the file in STA, even though it was updated and shows the 17th it still has the Specs as 50mph.

So the moral is - leave the weekly unique zip filename alone.

STA was removed from Google Play due to missing privacy policy and explanations on start why it needs access to GPS. Now I'm fixing the app and its market page to meet Google requirements.

Will it support Android Auto in the near future?

Does it not ?

I'm sure I saw a post where someone is running Google Maps in the foreground and STA in the background.

It does, this is what I added in the discussion earlier.

I have to connect phone via USB which then shows Android auto Google maps navigation on the screen with STA running in the background with the sound over bluetooth.
