|
|
Friend has a Pro Truck 5150 which doesn't allow him up put updated maps onto his SD card.
I've not looked at it yet and before I do I was wondering if there is any advice (I'm not familiar with MyDrive) for things to check before I take a look, other than to try another SD card? _________________ Kev

Does it recognise the card at all ? How big is the card - needs to be at least 16GB. I assume he has a large map that no longer fits on the device.
There are a few known TomTom problems at the moment.
Corrupted card / deleted map which you cannot format / correct due to no map on the device internal memory, needs a small map allocating to the account by TT - contact them through the official forums. You can then format the card and download maps.
My Drive Connect downloads cache full - click settings cog, downloads, empty downloads folder _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU

First check - any card over 32Gb Windows will format as ex-FAT which many devices can't read. _________________ DashCam:

Thanks for the suggestions. When I get to take a look I'll post my findings. _________________ Kev
