My nuvi 2599 has thrown a wobbly. After the updates, although speed cams are identified on the map with chimes and icons, my 2 local Gatsos have no verbal warnings. Any ideas? |

Just a smidgen of a clue as to which are your 'local' cameras might be an advantage to anyone trying to help you. Also, how are you loading them? Have you got the latest database? Have you checked them out on the submission map? |

The database downloaded is 14.032 dated 9/3/16 and there is a .wav for every cam type. My local Gatsos are: N-Gatso 2122 located in Colcot Road Barry, S Wales and NE-Gatso 2123 located in Port Road East, Barry.
Maybe the simplest thing would be to delete the Cam database and reload?? |

Very strange, one is a Gatso 30 and the other a Gatso 40.
I think a delete and reinstall of the cameras is a good idea. _________________ Satnav:

I think I have fixed the problem. I found that my memory was almost full, so loaded the cam database onto the SD card. A trial run proved the database was now working as advertised. My only question is - when the next DB update is published, will it load to the SD card automatically, or will I have to remove it again and download to my PC?
TIA. |

On PoiLoader's second or third screen, there is a box labelled Device. In that box is a drop-down list where you can choose between device and SD card.
