According to the link at the top of this page the latest issue is Aug 28.
But, I always thought they were fortnightly.

Edit - Doh! I'm wrong. I guess the clue is in the name "Weekly Newsletter" Embarassed

All fixed (speed only) cameras along the A40 average speed zone now removed. Increased signage of "average speed zone" along the route, especially along the Westway flyover coming off the Marylebone road.

However, the amount of drivers/riders who don't seem to understand what average means is fairly higher. It's hard work doing 40mph along there when people are either right up your a**e or flying past at 80...

The camera in the central reservation going Westbound around the Uxbridge/ Hillingdon turn off has also been removed.

New Eastbound Vector camera added to mark the start of the 40mph/end of the 50 zone zone going Eastbound 100m before reaching the Hoover building (Tesco HQ)

beware!

So they've removed that camera by Swakelys / Hillingdon Station !

That was a good speed reducer when pointing towards London. Have you logged it?

They're like mushroom spores.

Another one popped up in the 40 zone going eastbound.

When travelling past Park Royal underground, you then go past Stratstone Aston Martin and a BP station on your left. There is then a set of lights. A new camera has appeared immediately on the other side of the box junction (I guess to incorporate traffic joining the A40). Not sure why, as there is often so much traffic, queues form back to where the camera has been installed and all the way up to Gypsy corner....

Added to the DB this morning.

I'm hoping to get down there next week.

I've been intending to get a dashcam and this is the push I needed. I reckon a Nextbase 402G should fit the bill nicely.

Been out and doing the homework.

Spotted this little gem though, 2 sets of specs very close together, that'll catch a few:

Yep, they appear to be doing a coupleof jobs from what I've told. general crime, road tax, low emmisions regulations.
Theres quite a lot of them in and around London.
