Problem with sound

I have been running Cameralert for a few days now. I particularly like the way that it adds my unverified camera locations, in spite of not being verified they are there to remind me thank you.

I am having problems though with my sound. In particular the SIREN that I have set up to alert me of speed cameras. The SIREN gets cut off half way through so instead of hearing a full siren I hear a sort of garbled noise. Is this something that others have experienced or just me?
