Ford cars with sync2

I have a new car and it came with a build in sat nnav system (Ford sync 2) I was given a SD Card which contains the map data.

Can anyone please enlighten me - I called 5 dealerships today and Trust Ford online parts none of whom were able to answer the questions.

1. What is the latest version SD Card Ford have distributed? hHw can you tell what version you have, My card as F3 printed on the front and a set of numbers.

2. How often are the updates? How do you update?
