help please searching for something ???

Hi folks just returned from a holiday in Wales and my Start 60 Europe was superb
however when I was there met a lady that showed me how to find a shop on her TomTom and a ferry tons of shops etc I was gob smacked

now Im back home and decided to have a bash on my Tom Tom Start 60 and blowed if I can remember how to do it ?

OR is it a case of mine don't do it ?
sorry if this is a big dummys question ( but I am one )
