Fuel Genie on TomTom iphone

As above I have tomtom on my iphone and want to put the fuel genie app onto it. it has an .ov2 and a .bmp file for normal satnavs. can anyone here change the .bmp to .png and resize the image to work. any help will be great.

I have tried converting the file but I get a red square on the map and a normal picture in the poi menu..

Have managed to resize it to 44x44 and it works now. yippee. how do I change it to get the X2 size also. Its a bigger file but still 44x44. any ideas guys...
