bluetooth will not connect

Hi All,
Uptill now I haven't needed to connect to my Phone (Samsung S3) and TT go 1005. While my van is off the road which has Parrot fitted, I thought just pair the go with the phone. My S3 shows Tom Tom Go paired but the Go is unable to find anything. I tried the Go with my wifes HTC Desire S and that gives the same result. I have been on the TT help web site and followed the instructions but they don't agree with my menu structure. :-(

Sorted.
I deleted the other BT connections on my phone and then rescaned, connected.
