Nuvi 40 or Nuvi 2415?

cant find much on the 2415 is it an older version?
40 looks basic but as i have blutooth in the car it look OK for my needs
they are around the same price but which is best?
do they use the same software?
want auto on/off on external power connection

I've got a Nuvi 50 and it's fine and it does have the auto power on/off that you and I want.

It's quite basic and the only drawback I have is not being able to reset the trip log via a menu option.

Major difference is that you cannot save routes on the 50 and any route you're navigating can only have one via.
