I have lost connection to any/all of the live services facilities since Friday evening. My device works in every other way, and I get the rotating connection icon on the vertical grey bar on the right of my screen. I know we have had a lot of flooding in the area so it might be vodaphone connection rather than TomTom. I have not connected my device to my pc since Thursady for a PGPSW camera upload and the device worked after that anyway.

Anyone else in this region got the same problem?

I have tried the usual soft reset but to no avail.

I live in Hampshire and have the same problem. Drove yesterday to Nottingham and then to Lincoln and the live traffic would not connect.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.

Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
