I've just installed an in-car entertainment system into my car and want to add a Sat Nav system to it. There is an Micro SD Card slot for the software built into the system, and i could then just use it like any other Sat Nav
What version of Sygic would work for me and where could i buy it from?

Not sure how it works, how you get it or how much it costs, but iGo also works on WinCE. See - http://www.nng.com/markets/personal-navigation

No problems. One of the regular Guru's on this forum is an iGo user and I get the impression that he thinks it's brilliant and more of us should use it, although he doesn't say so himself.
If you have any questions, pose them in the iGO section and I'm sure that he'll pick up on them.
