Since the sound 'Fix' i do not receive the the 'all clear alert' even though it is set to on. This happens both in background and forgrond modeWhy is this.

Also the time to alert is shown in seconds. This is split between fixed and Mobile cameras. Is this time delay speed related or a fixed time. There appears to be know explaination and the user maunual for this version is out of date and does not even show it. it does show one general one but still no explaination. Please can ou tell me what the dedault settings are.

Since the last version i dont beleive that the app worls as well as it did. I have used this app both on TomTom and iphone 4s and have always given a 5 star rating but now i think it is only worth a 4. I am not a sconfident in using it as i previously was. Sorry

Do you have it set to "show map: near cam"? Or is it on "always" or "never"

Default is 40 and 0. The top one is the warning time eg 30 seconds but as mobiles can have a longer range then you can also set it so you have a bit extra time for mobiles. If you are happy with the same warning time for each then you can leave the mobile one. If you want a bit more time for the mobiles then adjust the bottom slider so you could then have 30 for all cameras but 40 for mobiles.

Thanks for the feedback and for keeping your review up to date. The first issue you mention is a known bug that only seems to affect if the map view is set to 'near cam' (hence my asking). We think we are near to a fix for this and just need a little more testing before pushing it to Apple for review.

As for the manual, yes, these will be updated to take into account the new features.

Just to say that I have the same issue with no 'all clear' alert despite turning the notification off and on again, but I use the app in foreground mode, unlike the OP, with maps set to never show, alongside my GO940.
