No hard menu button

I have just updated my phone to an HTC one V this has no hard menu button so i cannot work out how to get to the settings on CamerAlert

Not having an HTC One V myself, I've taken the following from

Let's rephrase that - "Is that working on a HTC One V?"

Alternatively, you should be seeing the vertical ellipsis somewhere (some people even complained that it now has a horizontal band all by itself, eating away from the screen real estate permanently...
